The mission of the LYNAY Foundation Initiative

is to be a catalyst for building bridges of understanding that will span the communication, truth, and freedom barriers so as to enable people to engage in, and be transformed by, mutually beneficial conversations. We envision people of all religious convictions engaging each other in mutually beneficial conversations in which all parties are able to effectively, accurately, and freely make known their most cherished values, beliefs and convictions such that people’s lives will be transformed for the better. This initiative is motivated by the desire to honor God and put into practice His mandate to love our neighbors as ourselves (hence the name L.Y.N.A.Y. which stands for “Love your neighbor as yourself”). Additionally, the initiative aims to see all people enjoy the fundamental rights of freedom of thought, conscience and religion, right to an education and respect for cultural, religious, and linguistic diversity.

We want to see lives transformed through constructive dialogue. In light of this, we believe that constructive dialogue should be...

  • Accessible, to overcome the barriers of social exclusion and isolation.

  • Truthful, to breach the barriers of prejudice and suspicion.

  • Unrestrained, to cross the barriers of repression and intolerance.
